    o If they have the ride receipt, request a screenshot to be sent over. The ride receipt can be found on the RideShare app or email. The ride receipt must contain the following information: date of ride, pick up location, drop off location, name of driver. The mini-map is ideal but not required. If they do not have it (a friends app was used, an old account, etc.). Please confirm that they are willing to obtain the receipt for the law firm.
    o We will only accept Tier 1 claims who are unable to provide a ride receipt on a case-by-case basis. If they are unable to obtain the ride receipt, they must provide:
      The location of pick-up/drop-off;
      The exact date of the incident; AND
      They need to have reported the incident to at least one of the following: rideshare company; police; therapist; medical professional; family/friends (contemporaneous with the date of incident); or be able to provide audio/video recordings.
• The assault must have happened in the car, just outside of the car, or in furtherance of an assault that started in or around the car.
    o We will take cases where they were assaulted anywhere, as long as it is contemporaneous with the ride itself.
• Decline if PC had a weapon.

Rider RideShare Sexual Assault Criteria (See SA SOL Extensions):
• Accept Tier 1 Cases
    o Rape/Sodomy
    o Forced Manual Stimulation
    o Forced Oral Copulation
    o Digital Penetration
• Accept Tier 2 Cases
    o Non-consensual touching or kissing of a sexual body part
    o Indecent exposure
    o Masturbation
• Accept Tier 3 Cases
    o Kidnapping (driven off route) with overt sexual or extreme physical threats
    o False imprisonment (locked doors, asked driver to pull over but driver refused) with overt sexual or extreme physical threats
• Decline verbal only.
• Decline attempted non-consensual touching or kissing of a sexual body part. Incident MUST involve actual touching or kissing of a sexual body part.
• Decline attempted touchings or grazes.
• Decline if PC had a weapon.
